Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We offer free tracked shipping. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days to the US, CA, UK, AU, NZ, and EU.
Q: What is the processing time?
A: Orders process in 1–2 business days (5 business days for custom car mats) before shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched.
Tracking Orders
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Use the "Track My Order" page on our website with your order number and email, or click the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Q: Why is my tracking not updating?
A: Tracking updates when your package is scanned at new checkpoints. Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or postal strikes.
Cancellations & Changes
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders are sent to our dispatch team immediately and cannot be canceled. You may return the item for a refund once it arrives.
Q: I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
A: Contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we cannot resend or refund it. You may contact your local post office to attempt a reroute once it enters your country.
Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal, Credit, Debit, and VISA. We do not accept prepaid VISA cards.
Q: Why am I getting a "Zipcode does not match" error?
A: Your billing address must exactly match the one on file with your bank. Ensure formatting and unit numbers are correct.
Damaged Items & Returns
Q: My product arrived damaged. What now?
A: Email support with photo/video evidence. We will either ship a free replacement or provide instructions for a return and refund.
Chargeback Policy
Q: What is your policy on chargebacks?
A: Frivolous chargebacks are treated as fraud. A $35 research fee applies to unsuccessful disputes. We reserve the right to pursue legal action, use collection agencies, and report fraudulent activity to credit bureaus and law enforcement.
